Especially for our Intermediate aged delegates we recommend not bringing personal electronic devices.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner is provided in your registration cost. If you have dietary requirements then please make sure this is made clear on your registration, for severe allergies a member of our health & safety team will be in contact with you or your emergency contact before camp begins. We also have an onsite canteen.
All Intermediates will stay in cabins under the care of an over 18 cabin leader. All girls will need to bring their own bedding, but a mattress will be provided.
All High School girls will stay in cabins under the care of an over 18 cabin leader. All girls will need to bring their own bedding, but a mattress will be provided.
All High School boys will stay in tents under the supervision of our team. You will need to organise your own tent, sleeping mat and sleeping bag with the assistance of your Life Group or the youth pastor in your campus. Any concerns or questions please chat to your local youth pastor.
Every registration includes transport from within the Wellington region including airport buses. If you would prefer to drop off and pick up your young person from the campsite that is completely fine, just let your local youth pastor know.
Flying tickets are discounted to acknowledge the extra expense of plane tickets for our further away campuses. Every delegate is responsible for booking their own flights – please let your youth pastor in your campus know your flight times when they have been booked. See recommended flight times below:
To avoid your young person waiting at the airport for too long, and to coincide with airport bus times, we strongly recommend booking flights in the following times:
INTERMEDIATES: Arrive in Wellington between 12PM and 3PM on Sunday and depart Wellington between 11:30AM and 4PM on Tuesday.
HIGH SCHOOLERS: Arrive in Wellington between 12PM and 4PM on Tuesday and depart Wellington between 8:30AM and 4PM on Friday.

Tribal Wars is an epic mix of fierce competition, a display of gifts and talents, moments that you'll remember forever, and the most ridiculous and entertaining battles.
Tribes compete in physical, intellectual, creative and mental challenges to see who will come out as the greatest of all time Tribal Wars Champions.
Four tribes: Green, Yellow, Blue and Red, will battle it out for the week. Everything every tribe member does has the power to tip the scales of victory. Choose your tribe wisely.
(Don't worry parents, we will keep your kids safe!)
We take the health & safety of our campers very seriously. All of our team are police vetted and adhere to the ARISE Child & Protection Policy. We will have a trained first aid team onsite at all times. Our parents team and over 18 leaders have clear responsibilities to ensure that every individual is accounted for and kept safe – this team is present onsite at all times. All delegates are unable to leave the campsite at any time unless they have an approved leave pass. We also have strict curfew times that campers must be inside their cabins by each night.
In the event of Summer Camp 2021 being cancelled due to the government restrictions on mass gatherings, every delegates ticket will be automatically transferred for the same ticket type for Summer Camp 2022.
